We conducted a comprehensive study, "The Patient Is Waiting: An Analysis of the Fractured Medical Imaging Journey for Women," surveying 200 women aged 25-65 to hear directly from them.

    Over half of all women (47%) have intentionally skipped or delayed a scheduled medical imaging appointment

  • Logistical Hurdles are Primary Barriers

    The biggest reason for delayed care is "Difficulty scheduling/finding a convenient time," reported by 60.6% of those who delayed.

  • Demand for Second Opinions

    A combined 87.5% of respondents feel it is "very important" or "moderately important" to have the option of getting a second opinion on their medical images.

  • The Power of Clarity

    An overwhelming 85% of women believe that better quality medical images would directly lead to a better, more accurate diagnosis.

  • Desire for Control
